Smyrna Mini Sessions

Session Date: November 2nd, 2024 Session Location: Taylor Brawner Park, Smyrna GA. - 10 minute session. - 25 edited images. - Online Gallery for sharing + downloading. SESSION TOTAL: $225.00 (Macey Heim, Daniel Heim, or any associate working under The Heims will be known as "photographer" throughout terms of agreement.) - Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individual fail to appear on time or cooperate during portrait session. Because of the nature and timing of mini sessions, session time will not be extended for any individuals who may be late arriving or are not cooperative during session. - Photographer will retain copyright to all images even after delivery to client for use on website, social media, and, blogs. Clients give permission to photographer to use images of them on portfolios, social media, and possible marketing materials. - We edit in a way that is true to our brand and style; for this reason clients are not permitted to edit or alter images in any way (including any sort of filters). Images may be used by clients for sharing and printing and may not be sold or used for advertisement without written consent from photographer. - Photographer will shoot and edit in a way that is true to the portfolio found on their website + social media accounts. No refunds or free reshoots will be given if photographer feels confident that images delivered are true to our brand + standard. - Photographer(s) are not responsible for any and all injury that may occur before, during, or after session. - In the event of inclement weather, if photographer deems necessary to reschedule; session will be moved to the next available time for both photographer and client at no additional charge. - Clients acknowledge that it will be 7 days before they receive final gallery of edited images. - In the event of injury, personal or family emergency should photographer need to reschedule; the session will be moved to the soonest available date for both parties. If the session is not able to be rescheduled, photographer will refund package total. Photographer will only be responsible for refunding the total listed in contract and nothing further. - In the event of a client cancellation: if the client cancels the session with less than 72 hours before the session date, the session total will not be refunded. If the client cancels with more than three days notice, 50% of session total will be refunded. If photographer is able to rebook clients’ time slot with a new client, the remaining 50% will be refunded back to you (the client). - We make it a top priority to always have back-ups of image files throughout the process of shooting, editing and delivering. However, in the incident of a gear malfunction, loss, theft, or computer crash, if all images from session are lost: photographer will refund package total to client and offer a reshoot free of charge. If only a portion of images are lost, photographer will deliver remaining retouched images and offer the choice of: partial refund, print credit, or a mini-session free of charge (must be used within a month of session date) for any missing images/time. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, CLIENT ACCEPTS ALL TERMS LISTED ABOVE.
